Retail Sales Associate – Part-Time & Full-Time (Flexible Schedules Available)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Yonkers, NY. This on-site position is ideal for college students or individuals seeking part-time and full time hours (approximately 25–30 hours per week or More) with flexibility to support school or other commitments.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
- Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and product offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support basic inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Basic math skills for pricing and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
