Seasonal Guest Services & Reservations Associate (18+)
Spend your summer working in a fun, fast-paced waterfront environment where no two days are the same. We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy interacting with people, staying busy, and delivering excellent customer service.
As a Guest Services & Reservations Associate, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, processing bookings, checking guests in for activities, and helping create a memorable experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and engage with guests
- Open availability throughout the summer season
- Ability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
What to Expect
This is a busy seasonal position, especially during peak summer months and through Labor Day. Shifts can range from 10-13 hours, and successful team members are those who enjoy staying active, multitasking, and working with a high volume of guests.
