Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in our Greek restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and food service, with the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and inspiring your team.
Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies for cost control without compromising quality.
