Weekend shift; Friday - Sunday 7:00AM to 7:00PM
Must be able to train during day shift Monday - Friday
Job Overview:
Join our team as a Press Brake Operator and become an integral part of our manufacturing process. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be tasked with operating and programming press brake machines to fabricate and assemble metal components. Responsibilities:
- Operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal according to specified requirements
- Program machines based on job specifications for precise bending and forming
- Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes
- Utilize hand tools, laser cutting, and other equipment during fabrication procedures
- Employ electrical discharge machining, stamping press, and crane operations when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC Press Brake machines
- Experience in programming machines for designated tasks
- Ability to fabricate and assemble sheet metal components
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Excellent problem-solving skills suitable for a fast-paced work environment
