Plant Manager – Polystyrene Production

Lead the daily operations of a 24/7 manufacturing facility with approximately 30 employees.

Provide leadership and direction to production, maintenance, quality and plant personnel while promoting a strong safety culture.

Optimize production, quality, efficiencies and overall plant performance.

Work closely with technical and commercial teams to support customer requirements and new product development.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues involving chemical mixing and polymer production.

Develop employees, improve processes and help drive the long-term growth of the business.

The Qualifications

7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in chemical processing, polymer manufacturing, engineered resins or a related process industry.

Strong technical understanding of chemical mixing, reaction processes or polymer manufacturing is required.

Experience with polystyrene manufacturing is highly preferred.

Proven ability to lead manufacturing operations, develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
