Jersey Mike's is a growing sub sandwich franchise that offers a lively and fast-paced working environment, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member/Shift Leader to join our team. As a Crew Member/Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour ( WE PUT THIS BEING $15 AN HOUR PLUS TIPS.. TIPS AVERAGE $3-4 AN HOUR )
Responsibilities:-
Lead and supervise a team of crew members in a fast-paced environment

Prepare a variety of sub sandwiches and other menu items in accordance with Jersey Mike's standards

Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area

Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and responding to customer needs

Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately

Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively during your shift

Coach and motivate crew members to achieve their full potential
Requirements-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
