Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, a background in behavioral health or social work, and experience in program management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing programs that enhance service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures.
- Manage program development initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance service offerings.
- Oversee administrative tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions align with organizational standards.
- Train staff on best practices in customer service and behavioral health support.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment.
- Background in behavioral health or social work is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including budgeting and resource management.
