What You’ll Do
- Prepare burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items with speed and consistency.
- Follow recipes and our kitchen systems to ensure every guest receives the same great experience.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Communicate with teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Jump in wherever the team needs help and bring a positive attitude every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who takes pride in their work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy rushes.
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve every shift.
- Someone who enjoys being challenged and trying new things.
- Team-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person who has a strong work ethic.
