Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Care for floors through sweeping and mopping to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage kitchen duties including basic cooking assistance or meal prep if required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used safely according to safety protocols.
- Follow established procedures for janitorial tasks and custodial maintenance to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with housekeeper management tasks such as scheduling or reporting maintenance issues when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation practices.
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens efficiently.
- Experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
