Seeking part-time graduate counseling interns who can work in-person at our Bowie, Maryland clinic and provide individual, couple, or family sessions. Therapists set their own schedules and work independently on site. We provide FREE supervision by licensed clinicians in the following disciplines: Social work, Professional Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy. Must be able to come on-site to Bowie office 1x a week for at least 4 hours. We also typically look for a commitment of about 9–12 months to support continuity of care and training.
Ideal candidates should be comfortable working in-person using a fully-integrated electronic health record system. We are 100% paperless. We are seeking candidates with interest in mood disorders, trauma, children, and couple/family work.
Applicants must be pursuing a M.A. or M.S. from an accredited university. We offer FREE supervision to LGPC, LGMFT, and LGSW. Out-of-state applicants must be license-eligible. Reimbursement of licensure fees is available for hired out-of-state clinicians upon licensure.
Compensation
Interns are compensated with free Supervision. Interns who complete their internship with us can become LG/LM's which then get paid on a fee schedule per service that ranges from $55-$100 per session, plus bonuses for other services.
