We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced Pain Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and documentation.
- Perform vital signs, room patients, and prepare for examinations.
- Support front and back-office duties as needed.
- Maintain patient flow in a busy, fast-paced clinic setting.
- Provide empathetic, bilingual communication (English & Spanish) with patients and families.
Requirements:
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience in pain management, primary care, urgent care, or related healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and patient service skills.
- Ability to work flexible, rotating schedules.
Schedule & Availability:
- 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Rotating schedules Monday through Friday.
- Weekend availability as needed.
