The Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist will assist the public by phone, mail, and electronic communication with services at the Rutland DMV. Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, and processing applications for motor vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, and reinstatements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
The role also includes providing clear and accurate information to the public, maintaining accountability for fees and audits, completing weekly reports, managing office supply inventory, and researching transactions conducted at all DMV offices. Regular interaction with the public and handling a variety of applications are key parts of this position.
This position will work 7:45am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
