Duties
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
- Complete vehicle inspections, alignments, wheel balancing, and suspension work to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Assist with auto estimating and documentation to ensure accurate billing and record keeping for all service work performed.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and ADAS technology.
- Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable.
- Skilled in mechanical repairs including engine work, transmissions, diesel engine repair, welding, and powertrain components.
- Proficiency with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
