Kitchen Staff Needed
Camp Ramah in Northern California – Watsonville, CA
Camp Ramah in Northern California is seeking additional members for our kitchen staff, available as soon as possible.
We are a Jewish summer camp serving campers from across the country and offering a wide range of specialty programming in a vibrant camp community. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-focused staff to support our kitchen operations.
We have professional chefs that run our kitchen and are seeking staff to support them in preparation of meals and cleaning the kitchen afterwards.
Qualifications:
- California Food Handler Safety Certificate (or able to complete training before work)
- Past experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Willing to live on site for the duration of the contract
- Ability to pass an additional background check
Position Details:
- Dates: ASAP- August 8th, 2026
- Location: Watsonville, California
- Two days off per week. Early shift or late shift but never both
- Hourly wage of $16.90/hour with deductions for room and board
This is a short-term seasonal role with the possibility of future seasonal opportunities for the right candidate.
