Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Admissions

Arcy is a locally owned and operated hospice agency based in Flower Mound, TX, proudly serving patients across Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Cooke counties.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess potential patients to determine hospice eligibility — bringing both clinical precision and compassionate communication to every encounter.
- Guide patients and families through the admission process with clarity, warmth, and patience.
- Initiate individualized plans of care that set the tone for an exceptional hospice experience.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless onboarding for every new patient.
- Handle limited on-call responsibilities as needed.
- Support additional administrative functions as assigned.
What You Bring
- Current, valid Texas RN license.
- Prior hospice or senior care experience — required.
- Deep understanding of hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- A natural ability to connect with patients and families in emotionally charged moments.
- Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable managing your day with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable — admissions don't always follow a schedule.
- Excellent communication skills across patients, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Valid driver's license, insured and reliable vehicle for patient visits across the DFW area.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Satisfactory background check and professional references.
Schedule & Territory
- Full-time position
- Primary service area: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Cooke counties.
