Growing Tree n is seeking a loving, kind and responsible person to work with our toddlers! We are a family owned and operated child care center that has been serving the surrounding communities for 50 years.
Requirements:
- CDA, Associates degree in Early childhood, or 9 credits in ECE with a study plan to complete your schooling.
- Minimum of one year caring for infants/toddlers in a child care program
- Must have knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to create developmentally-appropriate activities
Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean, safe and inviting environment
- Create and implement a curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs of toddlers
- Attend to the physical and emotional needs of toddlers, including, feeding, diapering and comforting
- Build and nurture social and emotional development by developing secure relationships with the children and their families
- Communicate effectively with families and be able to assess and report on each child's progress
We have fabulous, fully equipped classrooms, an indoor infant gym, gorgeous outdoor playground and a staff lounge. Our school is expanding and are seeking caring and qualified candidates to join our team!
