We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to EVP leadership, delivering forward-looking financial insights, supporting collaborative planning efforts, and producing high-quality financial analyses that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, this position works closely with EVP leadership to oversee the analysis, planning, and execution of financial activities supporting the programs function of Scouting America. You will play a critical role in translating financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic discussions and executive decisions.
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for developing and enhancing financial content for Board materials, executive presentations, and ad hoc reporting. This role ensures leadership has access to accurate, timely, and insight-driven analysis to guide organizational priorities. Through proactive collaboration, strong financial acumen, and disciplined execution, you will help anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and support leadership in achieving both operational and strategic objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
