We believe great hospitality starts with great people. We are looking for team members who take pride in creating welcoming experiences, supporting their teammates, and helping guests feel like they belong.
You are a server — but at Lone Star, that means delivering hospitality, guiding guests through wine, and creating an experience that leads to connection and return visits.
Pay Clarification: Pay is $12/hr + Tips that averages to $20-$30/hr
Lone Star Winery is a premium, family-owned North Texas winery located in the heart of Historic Downtown McKinney. Since 2003, we have built a reputation for warm hospitality, exceptional wines, and a strong sense of community—creating a place where guests feel welcome and lasting friendships are formed.
As the sister winery to Triple R Ranch & Winery in Whitesboro, Lone Star Winery operates as a public, retail-focused tasting room, offering a hospitality experience that is intentionally distinct from the private, destination-style environment of the ranch.
We are seeking friendly, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Tasting Room Servers at Lone Star Winery. This is a guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working as part of a supportive team, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Tasting Room Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality during wine tastings and guest visits while supporting the daily operations of the tasting room. This includes guiding guests through wine experiences, sharing the Lone Star story, processing orders, and helping maintain the welcoming, team-oriented culture that defines Lone Star Winery.
