Gaidos Seaside Inn is looking for an upbeat and friendly individual to be a Front Desk Agent. Our front desk agents are the main point of contact and must be able to provide information to potential guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Position Summary:

Answer all telephone calls in a clear, understandable manner using proper phone etiquette

Knowledge of all the properties amenities and entities
- Knowledge local points of interest and activities

Make reservations
- Check guests in and out
- Answer guest inquires or concerns in a courteous and professional manner

Follow company operations and procedures.

Operate switchboard
- Arrive to work in uniform with a clean, professional appearance.

Treat fellow associates with respect

Be a team player willing to help fellow associates

Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest use
Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a front desk agent preferred
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)

Knowledge of hotel reservation software i.e., Visual Matrix

Must be available to work weekends, days, nights, and holidays

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
