Shop / Warehouse Labor

Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
Shop / Warehouse general laborer is responsible for supporting daily fabrication and production operations through material preparation for basic welding, rebar processing, and general shop duties. This position assists in meeting production deadlines by safely operating equipment, maintaining an organized work area, and working collaboratively as part of the production team to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

MIG welding / GMAW welding as needed
- Set up and prepare steel and materials for welding and fabrication
- Bend, cut, and roll rebar with various machines
- Read and follow production schedules and work instructions to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by performing daily housekeeping duties
- Perform other shop duties as assigned
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Qualifications:

Manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, or construction experience preferred

Experience with MIG/GMAW welding preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical work, including standing and bending
- High School diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions for long periods of time.
