Lucia’s Berkeley is hiring a part time Pizza maker(s) for the restaurant in Berkeley and the mobile food truck.
Experience with Wood-Fired Pizza Ovens, High Temperature Pizza Cooking skills, stretching, topping and any Pizza related experience is preferred.
Pay is $20 - $22 /hour plus tips.
If hired you will be trained by our award-winning Pizza Chef in the art of Neapolitan Pizza Making
Located in downtown Berkeley, Lucia’s is a family owned Business and operates a state of the art full service restaurant and a mobile food truck that offers Neapolitan style Classic and Gluten Free Pizza baked in a wood Fired Oven imported from Naples, Italy, and Italian regional cuisine.
At Lucia’s we pride ourselves in using only the finest ingredients selected among local and imports from Italy; we are looking for candidates that are serious and passionate; a team player with attention to detail, strong work ethic and desire to learn.
We offer competitive hourly rate and opportunity for professional advancement with excellent training.
Successful candidates will start with 3 days/week and have the opportunity to extend to full time position within 12 weeks.
Friday through Sunday 4 -10 PM
