Position: Client Relations Specialist
Company: The Halpern Law Firm, LLC, based in Bryn Mawr, PA, specializes in representing mesothelioma victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For over 30 years, the firm, led by David Halpern, has been actively fighting for the rights of victims of asbestos exposure. With a track record of investigating, litigating, and settling numerous mesothelioma and asbestos lung cancer cases, the firm is dedicated to seeking justice for those affected.
Location: Hybrid (Set Schedule); Bryn Mawr, PA
Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K
Job Responsibilities: Provides general office support during operating hours by assisting in the settlement process, monitoring client requests, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and willing to assist clients with their inquiries.
Duties
- Facilitate post-settlement communication between the team, our clients, and defense counsel.
- Sending Release Documents to Defense.
- Assisting with back end of post-settlement responsibilities.
- Operating in a Team environment with high volume and fast pace.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of age groups
- Previous experience in client service role preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
