Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Marotta Medspa
Position Overview:
Marotta Medspa is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practice. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who values clinical excellence, thoughtful patient care, and working within a structured, compliant, and premium practice environment. You will practice at the top of your license with direct physician oversight, clear protocols, and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
- Perform patient consultations and follow-ups
- Deliver medical aesthetic treatments within scope
- Administer injectable therapies and other approved procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
Collaboration & Oversight
- Work closely with the Medical Director and clinical team
- Adhere to established protocols and delegation guidelines
- Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to a consistent, premium patient experience
Practice Environment:
- Physician-led ownership and governance
- Moderately exclusive, science-forward culture
- No pressure for unsafe volume or aggressive selling
- Strong administrative and clinical support
Compensation Structure:
Base Salary
- Competitive full-time base salary
- Aligned with experience and scope of practice
Generous Productivity Bonus (Quarterly)
Qualifications Required:
- PA-C or NP certification
- Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience with injectables or aesthetic devices
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Professional demeanor and patient-centered approach
Location:
- Opportunities available in Smithtown and Manhasset, NY
Schedule:
- Full-time
- No hospital call
