Primary Responsibility:
This position is responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and be able to interact professionally with a diverse population
- Willingness to be flexible in daily assignments
- Must have above average computer skills
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and the ability to function effectively under stress
- Possess the ability to maintain effective, positive working relationships
- Ability to efficiently complete tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision
- Possess attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to cross-train and work as part of the team to complete tasks.
Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience working in a medical clinic
- Familiarity working with EMR systems, preferred
- Previous experience in customer service
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
