What You'll Be DoingSupport Daily Living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Complete bathing and shower visits
- Assist with meal preparation and light household routines
- Promote safety, comfort, and independence
Be a Trusted Companion
- Build genuine relationships with clients
- Offer companionship and encouragement
- Help reduce isolation and improve emotional well-being
- Become a dependable part of each client's support system
Protect Independence
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Follow individualized care plans
- Document care accurately
- Travel to client homes throughout your assigned service area
- Help clients continue living safely and confidently at home
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of caregiving experience
- Experience in Home Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or similar healthcare settings
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- CNA certification welcomed but not required
- Experience providing personal care and bathing assistance
- Caregivers who value compassion, consistency, and relationship-based care
