IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SKILLED AND RELIABLE APPLICANT TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS AND SERVICE FOR APARTMENTS IN SOUTH MIAMI, CORAL GABLES, DORAL AIRPORT AREA AND LITTLE HAVANA.
This is a full-time position Must have transportation, must be fluent in English AND Spanish . Must have 3-5 years prior experience and have good customer service skills, excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
Must be able to work independently, excellent attention to detail, problem detection and resolution. Must be a team player with good communication skills.
Basic plumbing and electric skills, painting skills needed. Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday on call as needed.
Experience working in residential apartment environment required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing and electrical systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols while executing maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to enhance team coordination.
