Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, dedicated, collaborative, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive developmental interventions, evaluations, and individualized therapy strategies for toddlers and young children. You will work closely with families and educators to build inclusive, supportive environments that maximize every child's communication potential.
Duties
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions using engaging techniques suitable for young children of various ages
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations for pediatric populations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional communication goals.
- Provide on-site or hybrid therapy services centered around child-led, constructivist, and routine-based intervention frameworks.
- Counsel, educate, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators on embedding communication strategies into daily routines.
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and service logs.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with eligibility to work in pediatric settings
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience or strong professional interest in early childhood development, early intervention, or autism spectrum disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a family-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with young children, families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
