Airport West Animal Clinic in Yakima, WA is looking for an experienced veterinary assistant or licensed technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player, punctual, and works well in a fast paced environment. Our clinic is busy and our doctors work quickly. We are looking for a full or part-time employee.
Responsibilities

Communicating with clients
- Cashier (if needed)
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting doctors with appointments
- Animal boarding/husbandry duties
- Restraint of animals (cats, dogs, exotics)
- Obtaining vitals
- Maintaining medical records
- Invoicing
- Cleaning surgical instruments, packs, gowns
- Maintenance of equipment
- End of day closing duties
**Wage will be dependent on experience/qualifications

8 hour shifts, 5 hour shifts
- Day shift
