Full-Time | In-House Creative Role
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year + Benefits
Elite Home Staging is seeking a talented, organized, and highly motivated Photographer & Content Creator to join our growing in-house creative team in South Florida.
This role is ideal for someone with professional real estate photography experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work within the luxury home staging and interior design industry. The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, highly communicative, and comfortable managing a schedule that involves frequent travel throughout South Florida from property to property.
The Photographer & Content Creator will work closely with our marketing, staging, and sales teams to capture luxury homes, create engaging digital content, and help elevate the Elite Home Staging brand across multiple marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Photograph professionally staged luxury homes and interiors throughout South Florida
- Capture and edit short-form video and social media content for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Travel regularly between multiple properties across South Florida as needed
- Coordinate closely with internal team members regarding scheduling, property readiness, and content needs
- Communicate professionally with external clients, agents, and vendors as needed during shoots and project coordination
- Edit and deliver high-quality photography and video assets in a timely manner
- Assist with social media and branding content creation
- Maintain and organize digital photography and video asset libraries
- Occasionally assist with weekend shoots, events, and marketing coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Professional real estate or staging photography experience required
- Real estate, Staging, or Interior Design photography portfolio required for consideration
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience with videography and social media content creation strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be comfortable driving extensively throughout South Florida
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Having your own professional photography equipment is preferred; however, Elite Home Staging can provide or purchase equipment as needed for the role

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend availability preferred as needed for events, luxury property shoots, and marketing initiatives
