Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive smoothie experience
- Assist with smoothie preparation, presentation to meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including food handling areas and platform spaces
- Support fruit and smoothie mix setups
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Handle dietary restrictions and special requests with care and accuracy to accommodate guests’ needs
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Experience with smoothie preparation
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
- Previous banquet or event catering experience is advantageous
