<Responsibilities> customer service, food presentation .
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure team members are well-prepared to deliver top-tier service.
- Handle resident inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for every resident and family member.
- Supervise shift management activities including opening, closing, and ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a skilled and motivated staff.
- Manage budgets related to food costs, labor costs, and overall restaurant expenses to optimize profitability.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or culinary settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
- Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food production standards.
- Previous Assistant Living Experience ; culinary or kitchen management background highly desirable.
