Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Lobby Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of guest areas and public spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, lobbies, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance
- Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for breakfast as needed.
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by following proper cleaning procedures and sanitation protocols
- Complete janitorial and custodial tasks across the property to uphold high cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
