In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or common spaces, ensuring every detail contributes to a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in office, including dusting, sweeping, cleaning restroom, mopping floors to maintain pristine conditions.
- Handle laundry tasks such as swiping down washers and dryer, sweeping and mopping floors to maintain pristine conditions
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting common areas regularly like the mail & dumpster area.
- Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including sweeping patios or property.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture, appliances, or supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle the day to day of a Make Ready unit effectively and have completed in a timely manner.
- Follow proper procedures for trashing out units to prevent injury while performing tasks involving heavy lifting or repetitive motions.
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety procedures related to cleaning and manual handling.
- Ability to perform outdoor work efficiently when required, demonstrating adaptability in various environments.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift.
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with residents or guests when covering the office.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling activities necessary for maintaining cleanliness standards in busy settings.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
