Sales Assistant

Toro Marketing Group is currently hiring for a full-time Sales Assistant position in the Dallas area. We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development.
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales support initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
- Communicate product and service information professionally and effectively
- Support daily sales and business development activities
- Work closely with team members and leadership on performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
- Help provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
