Job Duties:

Assists Medicaid Deputy Directors, Section Chiefs, and other higher-level staff with a variety of administrative matters Monitors phone calls and visitors.

Coordinates telephone conference calls, conference meetings and/or workshops chaired by the Medicaid Deputy Directors and/or higher staff.

Ensures assigned primary, secondary, and unit manager time administrator duties are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and policies serves as a personnel liaison for their section(s).

Prepares travel documents and authorizations or travel expense accounts, makes travel arrangements with hotel, travel agency, car rental agencies and interprets travel regulations.
