About the Role
As an Injection Molding Technician (Mold Setup Specialist), you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that precision equipment is perfectly calibrated for high-volume manufacturing. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems and mold changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize output quality.
Responsibilities-
Execute rapid mold changeovers and machine setups to maintain continuous production flow.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical malfunctions to restore operational efficiency quickly.

Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to verify precise mold alignment and specifications.

Optimize setup workflows by collaborating with production teams to reduce cycle times.
