Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish regarding AT&T wireless products and services
- Assist customers with wireless plan options, device upgrades, and new enrollments
- Explain available promotions, pricing, and product features in a clear and professional way
- Recommend wireless solutions based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction
- Support customer account updates and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records
- Work closely with fellow AT&T Wireless Associates to meet daily and weekly goals
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications for the AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
