Musa Management Group is expanding our Verizon campaign in Fairfax, VA and is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing role where you'll work directly with customers to discuss Verizon wireless services, Verizon 5G internet, home internet solutions, mobile devices, account options, promotions, and service upgrades. You'll help customers understand available Verizon products and services, answer questions, provide account support, and assist with enrollments and activations.
If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their connectivity needs, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, telecommunications, customer engagement, and sales support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work directly with customers regarding Verizon wireless plans, Verizon 5G Home Internet, mobile devices, internet services, account features, promotions, and connectivity solutions
- Explain Verizon pricing, wireless plans, internet options, device upgrades, account benefits, and available offers in a clear and professional manner
- Assist customers with service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, account changes, and account support
- Help customers compare Verizon wireless and internet solutions based on their household needs, usage, and connectivity goals
- Answer questions regarding billing, devices, wireless services, internet services, promotions, and account features
- Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment information, account details, and customer interactions

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
