About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hands-on Field Assistant to be our go-to person on the ground in Los Angeles.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable driving around LA, and enjoys working independently. You do not need prior real estate experience. We are looking for someone we can trust to handle simple property-related tasks and represent our team professionally.
What You'll Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Showing houses to prospective buyers or tenants
- Meeting people at properties and providing access
- Managing and using lockboxes
- Checking properties to make sure everything looks good
- Taking photos or videos when requested
- Reporting any issues or concerns you notice at a property
- Helping with basic property checks and field tasks
- Communicating updates with our team after completing a task
- Being available for occasional last-minute showings or property visits

- Has reliable transportation
- Has a valid driver's license
- Able to take clear photos and videos with a smartphone
