Groom Grub & Belly Rub is looking for an energetic, reliable, and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Associate. We are a boutique grooming salon and pet retail store focused on providing excellent customer service and quality care for pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and assisting customers
Booking and managing grooming appointments
Selling pet-related products and recommending items to customers
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Assisting groomers and supporting daily salon operations
Providing a positive and welcoming experience for clients and pets
Qualifications
Must love animals — experience with dogs is a plus
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation required
Must be dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Saturday availability is required
Schedule & Hours
Full-time or part-time available
Salon hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Applicants should have flexible availability between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours
Training
We provide on-the-job training regarding our products, services, and daily salon procedures.
