Bridges to Shine Early Intervention – Central Florida
Bridges to Shine is seeking an experienced, passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary early intervention team serving children ages 0–5 in homes, daycares, and natural environments throughout Central Florida.
We are looking for a therapist who truly loves the birth-to-five population, values family-centered care, and enjoys collaborating with a supportive team of BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Infant Toddler Developmental Specialists, and fellow Speech Therapists.
This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned pediatric therapist looking to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact during the most critical years of development.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
- Passion for early intervention and natural environment therapy
- Strong skills in language development, play-based therapy, parent coaching, and collaboration
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and social communication preferred
- Interest in pediatric feeding therapy is highly valued
- Florida licensure and ASHA CCCs required
