Position Description & Responsibilities
- Leading people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivering internal products or administrative systems.
- Overseeing plans and directing schedules as well as managing project budgets.
- Monitoring programs and projects from initiation through delivery while interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
- Organizing project activities and interdepartmental meetings, ensuring communication facilitates the completion of the program or project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates regularly.
- Identifying project scope changes and managing change requests to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Tracking project progress and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolving project issues promptly by collaborating with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Facilitating training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to ensure team members are aligned with project objectives and processes.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within medical devices, orthopedics, healthcare, or related high-tech industries.
- Medidata implementation experience - Must have
- Clinical Trial Process Experience - Must have
- Knowledge of ISO 14155 - Must have
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and interdepartmental teams effectively.
- Strong skills in schedule management, budget oversight, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Professional knowledge of project management principles, preferably including methodologies like PMI, Waterfall, or Agile.
- Experience managing projects involving medical devices or within the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance standards in the medical technology field.
- Knowledge of industry-relevant tools and systems (e.g., project management software).
Pay: $56.00 per hour
