Job Purpose – PRN / Temporary Position
The Medical Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a temporary staffing solutions agency, provides vital clinical and administrative support on an as-needed, temporary assignment basis. This is not a permanent position.
The role includes assisting healthcare professionals by performing a variety of tasks such as patient intake, vital signs measurement, appointment scheduling, and basic clinical procedures, ensuring smooth facility operations and delivering excellent patient care across diverse medical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and sample collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow in the clinic.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information and guidance on healthcare procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist in communication with non-English speaking patients, enhancing patient experience and care delivery.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Certified Medical Assistant program
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and patient history
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
