Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and comfort.
- Ensure all vehicles are detailed according to company standards before delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with custodial duties as required to keep the workspace organized and tidy.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises as needed during the detailing process.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
