Weekend Direct Care Farm & Greenhouse Recovery Support Staff - Part Time
Weekend Support Staff responsibilities include all farm chores for the plants and animals on the weekends: feeding, watering, farm landscaping projects. This position will also engage residents if they are interested in helping with chores on the weekend.

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:

Feed, water, and take care of all animals on the farm (chickens, ponies, sheep, dogs, rabbits, cats, geese, ducks, and goats)

Water the greenhouses and check heating/cooling systems are functioning properly
-
Handle all garden chores
-
Working on landscaping projects for the properties

Engage residents interested in helping with the chores
Qualifications:
-
At least 21 years or older to operation CooperRiis vehicles and equipment and to be covered under CooperRiis Insurance

Experience working on a farm or garden setting

Ability to work in various weather, be moving, lifting, and bending for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors, large mowers
