Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. Duties
- Assist in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React Express, and other modern frameworks to create seamless user experiences.
- Support the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with team members in Agile environments to plan, develop, test, and deploy software solutions efficiently.
- Contribute to database management and optimization using MySQL, SQL, and other database technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, version control management with GitHub and SVN, and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve software bugs across different platforms including Linux, Windows, and cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
- Engage in front-end development tasks involving HTML, CSS, React, and other front-end tools to improve user interfaces.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, C, and VBA.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile and experience working within collaborative teams.
- Experience with application development tools including .NET frameworks and RESTful API design principles.
- Exposure to web development technologies including JavaScript frameworks like React Express or similar libraries.
- Understanding of database systems such as MySQL or SQL Server for data management tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in learning new technologies like quantum engineering or RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
