Totality Men's Health & Wellness is a premier men's health, wellness, and performance clinic dedicated to helping men optimize their health, confidence, vitality, and quality of life. We provide evidence-based, personalized care through advanced hormone optimization, sexual wellness treatments, weight management programs, hair restoration, peptide therapies, and aesthetic services designed specifically for men.
We are expanding our Aledo, Texas location and seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about men's health and preventative medicine.
Must be either PA or NP licensed in Tx.
Compensation is hourly plus performance bonus.
The ideal candidate is confident in independent patient management, comfortable discussing sensitive men's health concerns, and skilled at building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and physical assessments
- Evaluate laboratory testing and diagnostic results
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage TRT, weight loss medications, peptides, and other wellness therapies according to Texas regulations
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as needed
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Assist with growth and development of the men's health service line
- Participate in patient retention and follow-up programs
- Promote a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience consistent with the Totality brand
Qualifications- Required:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant in Texas
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
