With 27 thriving locations across South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Mongolia, and 4 established spots in the United States, we are a proven international success.
Launching our full-scale U.S. franchise expansion campaign, ChiMcKing USA inc. is seeking a motivated, driven, and bilingual Franchise Sales & Development Representative for our corporate headquarters in Fullerton, CA. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand's explosive growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing prospective franchise leads, and expanding our footprint into new territories and countries.
To ensure your absolute success, the company will provide 2 to 3 weeks of comprehensive initial training on our franchise recruitment process and brand systems.
Salary & Compensation
hourly Rate: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (Determined based on experience)
Incentive Commission: 5% commission on the total initial contract value (Initial Franchise Fee) per closed deal.

Work Location: In-Office (80%+ attendance required at our Fullerton HQ)
Travel: Occasional field visits for site and client meetings (Accompanied by a supervisor)
Key Responsibilities
Respond to franchise inquiries and manage the sales pipeline from lead to close.
Present the brand's unique value proposition (concept, signature sauces, global success) and financial model to prospective franchisees.
Guide candidates through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and onboarding process.
Conduct market research and assist in site selection evaluations. Collaborate with senior management during field visits and local market assessments.
Qualifications & Skills
Community Connection: Deep understanding of and strong networks within the Chinese and broader Asian American communities in the U.S. is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in franchise sales, business development, or food industry sales is highly preferred (and rewarded with a higher starting pay rate).
Language Skills:
Required: Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
referred: Ability to speak Korean is a strong plus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
