Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay: $90,000 per year + Tiered Performance Bonuses

At Dreampath Behavioral Services, located in Bay Area, CA, we are dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults ages 2-20 through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
We provide exclusively in-home services, allowing our clinicians to deliver individualized care in the environments where children learn and grow best. Our team prioritizes compassionate ABA, ethical treatment, and strong clinical collaboration.
About the Role
As a BCBA serving families in the Bay area, you will:
- Lead and mentor RBTs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with teammates
- Support families through parent training
- Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000 per year
Work Expectation: 70 total hours per biweekly pay period (up to 20 non-billable)
Bonus Structure (Paid in Addition to Base Salary)
- Earn $50 per hour for every hour worked over 70 hours in a pay period.
Bonuses are paid on top of your annual salary.
This structure allows motivated clinicians to significantly increase their income during higher-demand periods while maintaining a strong salary foundation.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Strong time management and independent scheduling skills
- Experience in in-home settings preferred
- Understanding of CPT codes is a plus
