The Cornwall-Lebanon School District is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and flexible educators to serve as Homebound Instructors. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction to students who are temporarily unable to attend school due to medical or other approved reasons, ensuring they continue to make academic progress during their absence.
Homebound Instructors work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and school administrators to deliver instruction that supports each student's educational needs and promotes a successful return to the classroom.

Provide individualized instruction to students in accordance with district-approved homebound education plans.

Deliver lessons and assignments provided by the student's classroom teacher(s).

Adapt instructional strategies to meet each student's unique learning needs.

Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with classroom teachers and administrators.

Maintain accurate records of instructional hours, attendance, and student progress.

Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all district policies and procedures.

Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate.

Strong instructional, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with students and families.

Flexibility to accommodate student schedules and locations, as assigned.
